Great prices and enough food to feed a hungry stomach. Love their food and will keep going. Many other places the prices went up and quality and quantity went down, but not this one. Highly recommend!

I ordered my lunch via Yelp and it was ready at the time it was promised. It's located in a hole of a wall plaza, but the inside is very clean and presentable. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. I will definitely be returning!

Had Ash's Grill for the first time and it did not disappoint. Ordered the group of 5 kebab special which was great! The kebab quality is outstanding and the amount of food they provided for 77.95 is a great price. Ordered the food online and was ready when I got to the restaurant. Service was good, the man who helped me was nice and made sure I got what I needed. The pita bread they have is also delicious! Great food for a great price! If you're looking for a Mediterranean restaurant, I highly recommend.

Locally Owned in the city of reseda off of Tampa north of sherman way. We have driven by hundreds of times and finally ordered for our guests, our sister in law recommended them. Their food was great, well cooked and tasty. They don't deliver so you have to pick it up. Their friendly staff took our order and was ready right on time, everything from the kabobs to appetizers like hummus and salad shirazi was on point and great amount. Defiantly recommended the spot especially if single person or large party, pricing is on point and very very affordable. Great job Ash !!!!!

Came here after work and this place is a little hidden gem! It's located in a small strip mall with random shops next to it, so it's very unassuming. I came in and was greeted by the staff. They quickly took my order for takeout and was told it would be about 20 mins. Food was ready by the time I came back and it smelled amazing. I got the mixed lule kebab plate and it had a beef and chicken lule over rice. Sides of salad, hummus, , pita bread, and veggies (separate in a bag). Flavor was on point, however the lule was slightly on the drier side but not terrible. For the price, it hit the spot. It was a huge portion and I ended up having a small portion of leftovers the next day. Not sure how it compares to other Mediterranean restaurants in the area, but it wasn't bad.

This was my first time trying this spot. And thanks to all the Yelpers out there, after seeing all their reviews, I decided to give this place a try. We were greeted by as I walked in. The lady was nice and explained her dishes. I ended up choosing the Mixed Lula plate, which consisted of one chicken and one beef skewer. The meats were nicely seasoned and moist. The salad made fresh. The pita bread it came with fresh out of the oven. The hummus was made in house and you can taste the beans or lentils they used. Everything was delicious. And the portions are generous. I had trouble finishing the amount of food on my plate. Needless to say, I will tell my friends and definitely come back to this place.

We ordered take out on their website and it was easy Worker was nice but our interaction was like 2 minutes if that, just going inside to pick up Inside it's small with about....5-6 small tables if I remember correctly Parking can get difficult since it's shared so I can see it getting full, but they do have some designated spots in front The food was piping hot and fresh, I got the ground chicken skewer and the meat was juicy and flavorful, not dry at all... Love the tomato and jalapeño you get The garlic sauce I got was very thin and watery and I'm used to the thick paste like consistency like at zankou so that's my only complaint...I've already ate here twice and great both times even if it was take out Price wise it's on point for what you get...average like $17? $18 a plate. Everything is expensive now a days...what can you do?
